• Monthly Rent: $1,200.00

  • Tenant pays electric
  • Park pays water, sewer, and trash 
• RV Requirements:
  • Must be between 24' and 42' in length (may not exceed park size limits)
  • Must be 10 years old or newer
• Occupancy Limits:
  • 2–4 persons, depending on RV size
• Pet Friendly: Yes
• Site Features:
  • 50 & 30 amp service available at every site
  • Universal sewer hook-ups
  • Fenced yards
• Amenities:
  • Laundry facility
  • Car wash area
• Additional Information:
  • No public dump station available.​

Registration Requirements

• Completed VTV Application (must be signed and dated)
• Upon Application Approval Required Documents:
  • Driver’s License or legal ID
  • Social Security Card
  • Current RV registration
  • Current vehicle registration
• Security Deposit: $300
