Valley Trailer Villa is a quiet, long-term RV community in Oxnard, California, offering month-to-month rentals for RVs and trailers. We provide pet-friendly living, fenced-in yard spaces, and convenient amenities including a laundry facility and on-site wash bay. Our goal is to maintain a clean, safe, and well-managed environment for all residents.

Rental Terms

Month TO Month: $1,300.00 to $1,400.00
Utilities:
- Sub Metered Electricity [you pay for what you use]
- Park pays water, sewer, and trash
RV Requirements:
- Must be between 24' and 42' in length (may not exceed park size limits)
- Must be 10 years old or newer no exceptions.
Occupancy Limits:
- 2–4 persons, depending on RV size
Pet Friendly: Yes [40lb. limit]
Site Features:
- Full hook ups.
- 50 & 30 amp service available at every site.
- Water.
- Universal sewer hook-ups
- Fenced yards
Amenities:
- Laundry facility
- Car wash area
Additional Information:
- No public dump station available.

Registration Requirements

At this time, Valley Trailer Villa does not accept RVs, trailers, or units older than 10 years. All units must be model year 2016 or newer.
Completed VTV Application (must be signed and dated)
Upon Application Approval Required Documents:
- Driver’s License or legal ID
- Social Security Card
- Current RV registration
- Current vehicle registration
Security Deposit: $300
